Lawrence specialises in the delivery of Best Practice Service Management solutions that drives improvements in our customers’ operational capability. He adopts a consultative approach that is complemented by large scale, real world experience allowing him to apply Best Practice Service Management frameworks in a way that is pragmatic, appreciative to everyday business challenges and proven to deliver results time and time again.

Consultancy assignments at blue chip organisations in the UK and throughout Europe has exposed him to a variety of cultures, industries and challenges that has served to strengthen his ability to quickly and effectively adapt to ever changing requirements and goals.

Lawrence benefits from having a technical background which provides a solid base for accurately assessing the scope and appropriate application of technology solutions in order to compliment Best Practice propositions and operations.

Lawrence complements our service by supporting the delivery of strategic IT service planning that is aligned to our customers’ business objectives. Lawrence is considered an expert in Service architecture and design and is acknowledged by the IT industry for the provision of consultancy in the delivery and support of major IT services modelled on the ITIL framework. Lawrence is typically deployed in our larger managed services assignments to setup and manage a smooth transition from new service concepts through to business as usual. He also acts as the primary point of contact for Oxygen customers for all things related the Service they receive.

 

 

Lawrence holds the ISEB Manager’s Qualification in IT Service Management. He is also a Member of the Institute of IT Service Management (MISM) and the British Computer Society (MBCS). Qualified as an internal auditor for ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and qualified to provide consultancy in the field of ISO20000, the International standard based on ITIL. Complementing his portfolio of skills he also practices Project Management in accordance with PRINCE2 holding appropriate accreditation. Effective use of Best Practice methodologies has enabled Lawrence to implement, transition and manage the delivery of IT services in a controlled, sustainable and measurable way, with return on investment being quickly realised.
